How do I get the most out of our candle?
To get the most out of your candle you need to trim the wick 10mm to ensure it burns cleanly and evenly. Each time you light your candle, you should burn it in 4-hour intervals to create an even burn and to prevent the ‘tunnelling’ effect that can occur. Preventing the tunnelling effect will ensure you achieve the advertised burn time for each candle.
How can I burn my candle down evenly?
By trimming your wick by 10mm each time and allowing your candle to burn in 4-hour intervals, you will get a nice even burn and stop any ‘tunnelling’ that may occur. Ensuring that there is no debris on top of the wax for each burn will also help with it burning evenly.
How do I get the most out of my diffuser?
For the best result with a diffuser, you should flip the reeds in the diffuser occasionally, as it will give you a well-rounded fragrance in the air.
Where are the products made?
All of our products are made in Borris, Co Carlow, Ireland.
What type of wax do you use?
The wax used is a secret mixture of natural waxes.
What type of wick do we use?
We use 100% cotton wicks that are treated in-house with a wax covering.
Are your products suitable for vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we only use natural vegan-friendly wax, and all of our products are cruelty-free.
Do you use plastics, and is your packaging recyclable?
Our aim is to use as little plastic as possible, and as such, all of our packaging is recyclable. We also use paper labels exclusively
Can your containers be re-used?
All containers are made of glass; once the candle is finished, you can wash it out and repurpose it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and any other Stripe compatible payment methods
What is your returns/exchange policy?
You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. If you are returning a product, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging and unused.
Faulty products may be returned with a full refund. You must have proof of purchase for a return, and sale items cannot be returned.

Can I track my order?
Once you have completed your order and it is sent you will receive tracking information from DPD Ireland.

How do I amend or update my address?
To amend an address, login and go to your account. There you will see billing/shipping address. Click edit and you can change your address.
